We ask that you call for an appointment when possible, however, we are always available for emergencies. Our doctors are available after hospital hours through our 24/7 answering service. In addition, we have an established relationship with Anne Arundel Emergency Clinic, located on Bestgate Road in Annapolis, and they are open 24 hours with ER pet services.
We will do our best to respect your schedule and see your animal promptly. When unscheduled emergencies cause a delay in our appointment schedule, we appreciate your understanding, as we know you would want the same immediate care for your pet.
We do offer drop-off examinations and house calls for instances when your schedule or other commitments make it necessary.
